Diane is an author, teacher, group facilitator, creativity/writing coach, and beta editor, who believes that writing exercises can be participatory and fun. She teaches creative writing at San Diego Writers, Ink, the La Jolla Library, Carmel Valley Library, Oasis and Sunrise Senior Living, as well as in private, individual and group settings throughout San Diego.
Diane facilitates read and critique groups and produces/emcees the Off the Wall writers’ open mic series. Her short stories, novel excerpts, poetry and non-fiction articles have appeared in numerous publications, including The Chicago Daily News when she was nine. She is in the process of completing three novels and a writing practice resource book. She also develops and administers programs for non-profit organizations, volunteers, dances, and loves life.
