Marcie has been a teacher, an actress, and a nanny, but now she spends her days writing children’s books! Her books include The Super Happy Party Bears chapter book series (Macmillan), as well as picture books Love, Triangle illustrated by Bob Shea (HarperCollins) and Penguinaut! illustrated by Emma Yarlett (Scholastic). She is a frequent presenter at conferences for the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), as well as an instructor at UCSD Extension and online for The Writing Barn.
