Josiane holds an MFA in creative nonfiction from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. She is the author of HarperCollin’s Leadership, Smart Selling on the Phone and Online and Smart Sales Manager. Her essays have been published in Ageist Magazine and Purple Clover. She was awarded the Writing Merit Scholarships from VCFA. Josiane brings twenty-five years of experience as an entrepreneur and global sales trainer. Having trained over 40,000 salespeople and managers to overcome sales challenges and rejection, she brings her deep intuition to human productivity. She is currently working on a memoir about swimming the San Francisco Bay.
