Felicia is the author of the award-nominated cookbook and culinary history, The Food of Oman: Recipes and Stories from the Gateway to Arabia(Andrews McMeel, 2015). She has worked as a print and digital editor for magazines and newspapers all over the world, including Saveur magazine in New York, Times of Oman in Muscat, Phoenix New Times in Arizona, and is currently the executive digital editor at Edible San Diego. She is a contributing freelance writer for various publications including DeparturesForbes, Eater, and Food52 and is currently writing Mission, Men, Me, the story of her transformative experiences as a young soldier in the Iraq war.
