Hello! I am Josue Gutierrez; I’m a new intern at San Diego Writers, Ink. I am a junior at High Tech High Media Arts located in Liberty Station. I will be graduating in 2026, and I do intend to go to college, but I have no idea what I want to major in yet. I may want to pursue something in writing and storytelling, which is why I am interning here at SDWI. I don’t have to many interests, but I love playing video games, listening to music, watching TV shows and movies, and of course I also love reading! The book I am currently reading is called 𝒀𝑶𝑼, which I have watched the show and loved it, though I do love fantasy stories more. The artists that I listen to are Weezer, Joy Again, Mac Demarco, Pavement, The Smiths, and my favorite artist Alex G. Another hobby of mine is playing Dungeons & Dragons, which I am in a club for at school. I hope that while interning here at SDWI I am able to learn some valuable skills to help with writing and storytelling so that I am able to grow as a writer.
