Hello, everyone! My name is Meghan Coley, and I’m a new intern for San Diego Writers, Ink! I’m currently a senior at Point Loma Nazarene University pursuing an undergraduate degree in writing with a minor in literature. After I graduate in the spring of 2023, I plan on looking for employment in publishing or editing in the general San Diego area. I’m also currently working on writing a fantasy novel that is projected to be completed in the spring, so my post-grad plans will also involve searching for an editor!

I’m from the Murrieta/Temecula area in southern California, but I could see myself eventually living abroad after having the wonderful opportunity of studying abroad this past summer in Florence, Italy. My lifelong passions include swimming, singing, reading and writing, and checking out new movies. My current obsessions include Sarah J. Maas’ A Court of Thorns and Roses series, dark chocolate-covered almonds, and the show Outlander.
